Russ and Hillary, are local to Johnstown, PA and both believed that the community was in need of a nutrition store that caterer to its customers. Russ has a background as a certified personal trainer, natural bodybuilder, and has been involved with the fitness industry for over 15 years. Hillary has major in Kinesiology and Master's in Health Science. Between both of their backgrounds, they wanted to help people reach their fitness and overall health goals with not only cost effective products, but also products that work and have research based results!

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on a product once they have been opened or used.
Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase IF unopened and in the original condition for IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY.

PA Residents: Order received before 4PM Monday through Friday will ship same day and arrive within 1-2 business days. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday and arrive within 1-2 business days.
